Chanida Nilklad and Chef Boy, Your Team Behind The Taste | Little Glass House Café

It's All About The Taste

As life in the kitchen is nothing new to members of the Nilklad family, opening Chiang Mai’s restaurant doors to the Little Glass House Café seemed a natural next step for Chanida Nilklad. While on her travels around the world, Chanida always put her love of good food front and center.

Early in his professional life, Noppadol Kanjanasapa, known around restaurant circles as Chef Boy, had a plan all mapped out. As an apprentice at 5-star restaurants and hotels, he would learn, grow, and work his way up under some of the best chefs in Thailand, paying close attention how each approached the art and technique of fine cooking.
